I realized I hadn’t blogged this event from last summer. One of my longest corporate clients, Comcast, was hosting a party at Portland’s Punch Bowl Social. It’s a fun event venue with bars, bowling alleys, outdoor patios, darts, and other amusements. The variety can make for some interesting photos as well (I’ve photographed her a couple times previously).
When someone calls and wants some Punch Bowl Social photography… I’m in.
The event was a mix of local influencers, some Comcast folks, and several former Olympians and current Paralympians.
How about the cute baby kissing an actual Olympic medal?
I love it when I work what is technically a company or corporate event, but it’s in a fun environment where we can make candid photos that showcase everyone having a good time.
I need to further develop my bowling photography skills. I’ve made a few interesting images here and at a previous shoot, but it seems like there’s a lot of potential for some fun artsy stuff in the future. Need to find more bowling alleys as clients!
