It’s always fun for me when a client or former photography subject has a big success.
I’ve known Marshall Kirkpatrick for probably close to ten years now as part of the Portland tech community, and I had the pleasure of photographing him on stage at the 2012 Demo Day for the Portland Incubator Experiment.
He was pitching Little Bird, a company he founded along with two cofounders. Today they announced they’d been acquired by Sprinklr which will help them grow their platform for influencer discovery in the enterprise space. In looking at my photo archives, turns out I captured the three of them sitting next to each other at another event in a candid audience shot.
